Day 01 : Upon the arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu (1,345m), our representative will warmly welcome you at the airport.After completion of your custom formalities (Visa, etc), we pick up your luggage then assist to Hotel in kathmandu. After check in, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city or visit Bestway treks Nepal office site for Pre-trip meeting.It all depends upon your interests and condition.At the evening, Bestway treks Nepal will organize a Welcome Dinner at an excellent traditional Nepalese restaurant where we enjoy a Nepalese cultural program as well as a fine meal.
Day 02 : Early in morning after having breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu valley with our experience city guide.Here are the following places you will be visited:
SWAYMABHU STUPA
See over the valley from the top of the hillock on its western side just three kilometer west of the city centre.The stupa is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal and its establishment is linked to the creation of the Kathmandu valley out of the primordial lake.Swaymabhu is also known as Samhengu and is listed as a World Heritage sites.It is also one of the oldest and the glorious Buddhist shrines in the world which is said to be two thousand years.The four sides of the stupa is panited with the eyes of the Lord Buddha and the temple is also known as the watchful eyes of the Buddha.
BOUDHANATHA
It is located about 11km (6.8 mi) from the h eart of the city.The large population of the refugees from Tibet has seen the construction of over 50 tibetan gompas (Monasteries) around boudhanath.As of 1979,Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE
One of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world,Pashupatinath lies 5 km east from the heart of city.The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacaredlinga,or phallic symbol,of lord Shiva as well as the Noteworthly gold plated Religious Pilgrims and sadhus,travel all the way from the remote areas of india to visit this sacred sight,especially during shivaratri ( the night of Shiva ) that falls between February/March.
BUDDANIKANTHA
It is situated below Shivapuri hill at the northern end of the valley.It is about 9 km from the city center. The hub of the temple complex is a pond in which lies as 5 meter ( 17 feet ) long great stone figure of hindu god Bishnu reclining on the coils of a cosmic serpent.The figure has been estimated to have been found buried in the ground in its original state more than thousand years ago.
KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE
This complex of palaces,courtyards built between the 12th and 18th centuries,used to be the seat of the ancient malla kings of Kathmandu. An intriguing piece here is 17thth century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writing in 15 languages.The Durbar Square,protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the social,religious and urban focal point of the city.Even to date,all the major state and social ceremonies,including the solemnization of coronations are performed in one of the this complex.There are also museums inside the palaces building.
Day 03 : Early in the morning Bestway treks Nepal representative will come to pickup you to the hotel at Sharp 7 am after having breakfast and then we will start our journey to the “lake city” Pokhara.We then check-in to our hotel and take a rest. We may also stroll in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 04 : Early in the morning we leave for Sarangkot about ( 45 minutes drive and 25 minutes hike ), Sarangkot is one of the enchanting place to view the Phewa lake and the amazing glimpse of the spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas and close views of many mountains like Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, including views of the beautiful Pokhara Valley.We then head back to hotel after having the breakfast at sarangkot.

DAVID FALLS
It was named after Mrs Davi, a Swiss tourist in Nepal, who was swimming in the Fewa Lake. The dam unexpectedly started to overflow and Davi’s husband helplessly looked on while the waters swept his wife down the waterfall.It is a interesting spot to be visited in Pokhara.Davis Falls is a natural tunnel in which the water that falls directly into a narrow and deep canal which has no end.
BINDHABASINI TEMPLE
This temple is one of the most revered temple of the Pokhara where hundreds of Hindu devotees flock every morning worship the goddess Bindhabasini after whom the temple is named. It is located on a small hill at about 3000 ft above sea level. A stone idol of goddess Bindhabasini is placed here which has seen artistically carved into the unique shape of goddess Bindhabasini.
GUPTESHWOR MAHADEV CAVE
Gupteshwor Mahadev is a beautiful cave just opposite to David Fall. It just 2 km far from the Pokhara airport. A giant stalagmite within this cave is honoured as a Shiva lingam and the devout flock here to pray. Entry tickets allow you to enter the temple. For some extra money you can also obtain entry to the tunnel behind, which comes out at a wet cavern right behind the gushing
DAVID FALLS
Once inside the cave, look up at the ceiling and you will see detritus and branches in cracks in the rock. These have actually been pushed up there by flood waters that fill the cave during the monsoon.
PHEWA LAKE AND BARAHI TEMPLE
Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake, it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storeyed pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN MUSEUM
International Mountain Museum is one of the major attractions of Pokhara. The museum has two main exhibition halls, Hall of the Great Himalaya and Hall of World Mountains. These Halls will have models of famous peaks, mannequins of famous climbers, equipment and material used in mountaineering, culture and life style of mountain peoples, flora and fauna including geologicy.
Day 05 : Today , we depart to Kathmandu after having breakfast at hotel in pokhara ( 200 kms far and 6 hours drive ) along river banks with wonderful views of hills and the rural Nepalese lifestyle.After reaching at kathmandu you have the afternoon and the evening to stroll along the streets of Kathmandu for some last-minute souvenir shopping.In the evening time Bestway treks Nepal will invite you for the celebration of our successful completion journey.
